General Conditions
These general conditions apply to all business transactions conducted in Arboldevidaweb.com.

Security and confidentiality
Arboldevidaweb.com guarantees the security and confidentiality in all communications with clients.

All payment transactions are conducted online through PayPal's secure server, one of the world's leading companies in the online payment process or through Authorize.net which manages the routing of transactions just like a traditional credit card swipe machine. The general data of the user are saved in a database designed for this purpose.

Arboldevidaweb.com guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data, addresses, payment and otherwise provided by our customers. Under no circumstances will, Arboldevidaweb.com share or sell customer information.

Content and information provided on the website
Arboldevidaweb.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and service) at any time.

Arboldevidaweb.com makes every effort within its means to ensure the information on the website is accurate and no typographical errors are made, but has no responsibility for any error in the information displayed on your website.

Cancellation policy
Arboldevidaweb.com guarantees its customers the option to cancel your order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment and deducting any administrative costs such as the ones a cancellation involves.

Method of payment
You can make purchases with your credit card through PayPal, or through our payment gateway. Both systems accept the following cards:

* Discover
* MasterCard
* Visa

You DO NOT need to be affiliated with PAYPAL for payment, because at the same time you can simply enter data and credit card information associated with it.

Delivery/Shipping Policy
Arboldevidaweb.com performs all shipments through UPS and USPS, to provide fast, safe and easy tracking of the order. When making your purchase you will have the option to choose the shipping method that suits you according to the speed and cost.

As a courtesy of Arboldevidaweb.com orders of $150.00 or more will receive free shipping, under the following conditions:

1. Free shipping is via USPS Ground only within U.S. territory (50 continental states).

2. If the request is outside the United States (Puerto Rico, Canada, Latin America, Europe, etc.) we will contact the customer to give them the shipping price which will be additional to the order total.

3. Free shipping is for the purchase of $150 or more as long as the number of products purchased is between 1-5 products; the sixth product will have an extra shipping cost. For example, if you make a purchase totaling $160 for a total of 4 or 5 items your order will receive free shipping. If your purchase is $160 for 16 copies of a product that costs $10, the entire order will not receive free shipping; the first 5 products will be shipped free of charge and the remaining 11 will incur a shipping charge.

Arboldevidaweb.com does ship with the basic service / economic UPS, if the customer wishes a different form of shipping as: Next Day Air (next day), 2nd day (two (2) days), 3rd day (three ( 3) days), should be aware that this extra cost will be paid in full by the customer him/ herself.

Orders received by 3pm EST (FL), will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3pm EST (FL), will be processed the following business day. The shipping and handling will be made as soon as possible and depending upon our warehouse inventory availability. Should there be any delay with a product you will be notified immediately to set the date of submission.

If the order is received on Friday after 3:00 pm or on the weekend, the processing and shipping of the order will be made the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday were a holiday in the United States.

Arboldevidaweb.com is responsible for the order or package(s) until we deliver it to the carrier of your choice. If the UPS or USPS tracking indicates that your order or package(s) has been delivered and you have not received it or if your package is lost, please immediately contact UPS or USPS to track your order or package(s). In case of loss of a package, if we need to file a claim request with either carrier, we will return to you the same amount we recover whether it is greater or less than your order amount.

Very important: be sure to write correctly and completely all the required information, name, address, telephone and email. Not having the correct information can cause delays in the arrival of the order or package(s). (For more details about shipping time see map)

Arboldevidaweb.com Return and Refund Policy

International Customers: Please contact us before returning any product for refund.

US & Canadian Customers:

1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.

2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.

3. Imprinted items may not be returned for replacement or refund, unless imprint or item is defective.

4. Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item in case of defectiveness.

5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

6. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a refund within 10 business days.

When returning items:
• Returns may be sent to our return address via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified. We recommend insuring your return.
• Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.

Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide Arboldevidaweb.com at all times with truthful information about the data requested in user registration forms or placing an order, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms understanding that these reflect the best possible service for the type of activity performed Arboldevidaweb.com.

You agree to keep confidential and with the utmost care all access codes, passwords and usernames to our website.

The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order providing a delivery address where your order can be delivered. Should the customer breach this obligation, then Arboldevidaweb.com shall have no liability for delays or non-delivery of the order placed by the customer.
